I’ve admired Dreama for years now. I’ve watched her change careers, shepherd and nurture her family, speak her mind, and never hide her brilliant brain or well-thought opinions. If Dreama says something, you know she’s considered and examined it carefully before tossing it out for public consumption.
Her brain size is only surpassed by her heart size. Really, what else can you ask for in a friend?
I’ve “known” this lovely lady for going on seven years, I think, but we’ve never met in person. We were supposed to, back in 2000, but circumstances scuttled that opportunity.
I’m awed by her passion. Everything she loves and everything that she believes is engaged in with a vitality and intent that comes from a place of energy and earnestness that I don’t think I possess. Whether its her faith or her family, her work, her education, Harry Potter or hockey, whatever engages her interest engages her interest fully. I wish I had a little bit of her spark.
